I believe in "brilliance in the basics." Sophistication can be found in simplicity where all elements in a design have purpose. It's like a visual haiku; the beauty lies in brevity.
You can communicate anything with just simple shapes, typography, and clever use of negative space. Once these basic skills are solid, it's only then do all the graphic elements enhance a design.
I'm a Los Angeles-based visual communicator informed by a past lifetime of serving in the US Marine Corps. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Advertising from the Art Institute of California-Hollywood.
I specialize in advertising concepts and conceptual graphic design. I am a conceptual typography and Photoshop expert. That coupled with my advertising background, I create smart visual concepts that many graphic designers cannot offer. I do not design just to make things pretty, I design to communicate ideas. I design to convey messages and visual metaphors.
Feel free to send me a message. Comments, inquiries, and jokes are all welcomed.
